Call for Sponsors

An event like this could not happen without the support of the community and our sponsors. Sponsors are encouraged to promote their business or organization using fun and unique decorations, costumes, giveaways, games, and events. Hole Sponsors may not sell products on site, but should feel free to have giveaways or food samples at their hole.

Hole Sponsors need to submit a written summary of planned events and giveaways at least two weeks in advance of the event. The “BEAR’ly Open Committee must approve all Hole Sponsors.
